OMG GUYS. I've made the most horrible mistake!!! I forgot to register yesterday for my classes and now the registration system is down for the holiday! and no one is at the nursing office !!!! OMGGG will this disqualify me!!!?!?!? OMG IM FREAKING OUT SO BAD RIGHT NOW......

Don't worry, u can register on Monday morning,,,they leave enough spots for everyone in the nursing program.

You will just have to take whatever is left for clinicals. Looks like your choices are Manteca or Tracy.

Hi:

Don't stress out. You have a spot in the program and clinical. They cant take it away just like that.

Whew thanks for the reassurance guys.. So can anybody shed some light on what's the next steps for the immunization upload?? So we do some of these immunizations during the school year right? Just making sure this huge document is kind of confusing.

I hope everyone has had a great Thanksgiving. :) Looking forward to our orientation on Tuesday. Is anybody taking the school tour? I'm not from Stockton so I'm going to go ahead and take it.

Yes we must have them all done before we start clinicals. This is required by the hospitals.

You have already had most of these shots, they should be on record from your physician. They just need to sign on the dotted line regarding your shots. As for the other ones, you just have to prove that you have started them at the least.

Scan the document into your computer as a PDF file. Then upload them onto magnus. Its is really simple.

Depends on the hospital, SJMC is very serious about your TB. At least start your immunization file document, do not wait last minute.

Thanks! So now all i need to do is get myself registered to my classes, then go get a physical and get these shots signed off by my physician since i have medical records from different physicians when i was younger. thanks for the help again kalvera, i owe you a coffee if we meet in the nursing program. i just hope i can register monday, im still a bit iffy about it all since the deadline said by the 23rd :confused: but hope everybody is right, its just the anxiety in me. i cant wait till this is all done and over and im in class.

I know how it feels. I was in your shoes freaking out about 4 months ago at the start of the semester.

Hey so I was thinking about setting up a carpool, I'm left with the last clinicals registrations, probably Tracy or Manteca because I have to register tomorrow. Anybody from elk grove want to set up a carpool?

Good idea! I'm from Modesto though . Anyone from Modesto wanna carpool to Stockton on Thursday? I'm probably doing clinicals in Manteca or Tracy. I havebeen trying to register, but the system has been closed :/.
