Hey everyone I can't seem to find a forum for the Fall 2019 application for Delta so I thought I'd create one. I applied already. I like the way the new application is set up online. It was clearer to me this time around. I'm curious as to how many points everyone is applying with. ?

Has anyone started their titers? The earliest appointment I could get at my doctors office was on June 11th and I’m worried I won’t have enough time to complete everything. Any advice?

Hey Jbellle, I just did mine yesterday. I also did my drug screen test,tb skin test as well. They said that it would take them at least a week to get the blood results back.

@J_Miguel.J a week isn’t bad. I should be okay with my appointment then. I also read if you update your paperwork and it shows in progress that you’ll be okay. Thank you for responding!?

If anyone wants to complete the AHA certification with me on Saturday the 15th, let me know and I’ll put up the details. It’s in Sacramento.

You'll be fine then?. I'm doing my BLS here in Modesto. Sacramento is too far away lol.

You can get it done through Med 7, I believe it’s a walk in clinic.

I think you will have plenty of time regardless.

I’m in Sac, (Rancho Cordova) which location and what time?

@Lady2020 this is the link for the schedules https://bayareacpr.org/course-catalog/bay-area-bls-renewal-classes/. If you scroll down to the bottom of the page, you'll see the dates available for BLS classes. I signed up for the class on June 15th at 9am - location, 5301 Power Inn Road, Suite 105, Sacramento.

Hi everyone,

I was alternate #3 and received an email I was accepted, but I declined since I got into a school here in Sacramento. I hope this makes someone's day and they get the letter they have been waiting for ? I went through this for a year, and I was hard waiting. Good luck and don't give up! Best of luck for everyone who's in the program!

Any other alternates that have gotten an email they’re in? If so, what number are you?

so 76 was the minimum cutoff point to delta this fall 2019

what was the previous scores? anyone know

While 76 might’ve been the cutoff for the top 40 people we won’t actually know the true cutoff until the final alternate is chosen. I wouldn’t be surprised if it ends up settling somewhere in the high 60’s or low 70’s. If you’re still doing your pre reqs, knowing that 76 was the lowest score among the top 40 is still valuable information though.

The previous semester was around 66.

i try not to rely on alternate spots because that is contingent if some students don't want to accept their nursing spot. (Unless you are the top 3 alternate)
