So I made this thread so that anyone applying to SJDC for spring semester 2016 can post with any questions, and fingers crossed, we all get in and can get to know each other a little bit :)
If you don't mind posting your scores, what are you points? I calculated mine and I am at 57 points, so i'm a little worried.
Does anyone know what the point cut offs were for the last couple semesters? And how low did they go down to after people either declined or accepted their spots?
Thank you for the quick response! I'm hoping I can get in! I live in Elk Grove, CA, and I've already been accepted into a great program at Evergreen Valley College, but it's in San Jose! I'm really hoping Delta College will invite me into their program, because it would be way better for me to stay local! I've got 67.5 points (if I've calculated correctly) and I'm hoping that will be enough! I'm hoping and hoping things will work out!

Another counselor told my friend that 70 points was pretty much a guarantee. That's Delta counselors for you, they never give out the same information, very frustrating. My friend was admitted for fall '15 with 67 points and she was not on the waiting list.
Hey mama! You wouldn't happen to know what the point margin for applicants are between SPRING vs. FALL semesters? I'm applying for FALL2016 with 67.5 points, and I'm hoping I get accepted! I'm wondering this because for all the BSN programs at the CSU's, the point cut off gets higher each application period. Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated!

Delta does not publish this information and they are always giving generalized point cut offs...They say, 'oh, the point cut off was hovering around 69-ish'. I have found that coming to these threads and asking others already in the program to be the most beneficial regarding this topic.
