Under the checklist it does not state when the CPR needs to be completed but maybe you should call and ask.

Also, was anyone able to find the student information form????? This is due by tomorrows deadline tomorrow. It's listed on the checklist but I can't find it. HELP!!!!

IDK I was wondering If the student info form was the info we filled out on the accept or decline email. But not sure. Did you fill out the forms in the appendix part of the student hand book? Those have to be uploaded to Magnus immunization tracker. I did call the school today and was told that we will ne receiving another email today or tomorrow with more specific instructions about immunizations and records. Just worried I'll miss something, ya know?

Student performance standards is listed on the Magnus webpage as a requirement. I filled out and signed the other page too and uploaded it with Performance Standards, just on case. Hopefully the email that we r supposed to get will make everything more clear.

So, I've made my account on certifiedbackground.com and paid the required fee. I also sent the e-mail to accept.

Do I need to have anything else done by today? Do I need to have the Performance Standards and the student signature sheet uploaded on Magnus today?
