Maybe your situation was different since you were interviewing for a Clin 3? The positions posted in Nov was for a Clin 1 and there are probably a LOT more applicants. Just a guess. Congrats on getting your job! That's a great accomplishment.

I do not have any acute care experience, just six months of nursing home expereince. I also applied for the saff nurse one but was interviewed for the staff nurse three.
