San Francisco State University (SFSU) Spring 2025 BSN Program

Hello everyone, I wanted to make a forum for us applying to SFSU's Spring 2025 cohort for the BSN program to hopefully discuss the application and maybe some other questions we have. It might be helpful for us and future applicants as well!

No idea, sorry I can't help. I didn't apply to financial aid yet, but doesn't hurt to accept it for now!

Anyone receive any updates yet? When are decisions coming out? The wait is killing me.

Most likely not til November based off what I've heard from previous cohorts

I called and they said sometime in November!

Yeah looking at previous forums, it looks like they got their decisions on Nov 1. Soon hopefully!! it's so nerve racking

Hi everyone,

I'm so nervous to wait. I am applying with a GPA of 4.0 on both GE and Prereqs, a TEAS score of 97.3%, and more than 2000 hours of work experience as an MA. I am trilingual. I also got a recommendation from one of my surgeons. I hope to get in; if not, I don't know what else I can do.

This is absolutely killing me. I got waitlisted at east bay and the waiting for sf state is killing me. I just want to know if I got in or not so I stop worrying about it.

I'm waitlisted at east bay too! I'm more anxious now than I was before the east bay emails came out!

I just got my initial letter of acceptance from the nursing program! Because of being a transfer student just have to wait for one from the main admissions office too. But I got in! So pumped.

Congratulations! I got the same email today too! I'm not sure if I should decline EB's offer or not cuz this email just an offer from sfsu's nursing department instead of the university's formal offer, but EB's deadline is coming up soon...
