Hello everyone, I wanted to make a forum for us applying to SFSU's Spring 2025 cohort for the BSN program to hopefully discuss the application and maybe some other questions we have. It might be helpful for us and future applicants as well!

I am currently applying! I need to finish my personal statements and TEAS! I have been putting off my TEAS, but I previously took the HESI and got a 91, so I am hoping for a similar score; I know this school is super competitive, though! I wish us all the best of luck!!

Hello, I am a transfer student and my first step is to submit an application for admission to the undergraduate admissions office through Cal State Apply. However, I do not get the option to select "Nursing BS" as the program/major of interest. Did anyone else have the same issue?

I'm confused.. it says their BSN is two years? I have an AA degree and completed all prereqs. Is this the program I'm eligible to apply to?

Yes, I think so. I have an AA degree and my prerequisites done from CC. I would contact the school though to make sure. I think having an ADN would be eligible for another program.

Hi, everyone! I've just submitted my application couple days ago and I only applied 2 schools (sfsu&ebsu). I have a couple of questions, does anyone know how can I tell which school was my first choice? I prefer to go to SF more than EB cuz it's only two years, but if my first choice was EB, instead of SF. Does my first choice will affect my acceptance rate in this case?

I got a financial aid reward email telling me to accept/deny ASAP. I've yet to receive any acceptance letters. is this uncommon? not sure what to make of it.
