Hi, all!

This is just a general discussion post for those who are looking to apply to sbvc's Spring of 2024 application. Here we can discuss the application process, total points accumulated for the application, TEAS, or any other topics that may help anyone else that might come across this post. Let's help each other out with some pointers and good luck to everyone. Looking forward to hearing back from some of you :)

By the way, what was everyone else's total points for phase 1 of the application? I haven't heard anything yet from the school, but I think we should be hearing something this week since I believe the TEAS will be taking place next week ??

For Phase 1 I have between 58-61 points. My only worry is the TEAS at the moment. I tend to get low score with practice papers and have found some videos on YouTube which are helpful but I feel like I might not have enough time to finish. What's your tips on studying for the TEAS?

Well you still stand a chance, TEAS can be sent not later than Wednesday the 25th at 3pm. I'd suggest if you are TEAS ready just take it by yourself and sent the transcript. It might boost your points. Remember 90-100 is 30points and 80-89 is 15points. Just give it a shot.

I got a rejection email an hour ago.

I'm sorry about that. Would you share your application points if you don't mind?

Damn that's not fair. Rejecting applicants even before TEAS sounds crazy to me.

I applied with 42 points my friend with 45 and both of us got rejected.

That sounds unfair to me. Anyway they know what they are looking at. I'd suggest retaking classes to raise GPA, take the extra points classes and give it a shot again. But this time apply to multiple schools. Take your time to study for TEAS and do it once with a good grade. because have realized many schools are now looking at the first score.

Just thought of leaving this here. If you're ever going to apply at Valley, don't get it confused that one can take TEAS twice. They take the first passing score.

Did anyone got accepted for Spring 2024?

how has the program been for everyone so far? im planning to apply
