San Antonio College RN Program Fall 2021

Published

Hi Everyone! I did not see a group for the Fall 2021 application period, so I went ahead and created it. I believe the cut off date for applications is Feb 15th and my advisor told me 45-60 days from there. Can't wait to hear from everyone so we can be anxious together LOL.

Hi,

I just wanted to follow up with people who are in the Mt. Sac program (RN) to get a sense of what the skills teaching is like. I ask because I attended an RN program where the instructors simply referred us to the textbook and really never taught or guided us and by the last few weeks we were told "you're on your own for x, y, & z skills." It was a horrible experience and so I am reaching out to get a sense of what the teaching is like at Mt. Sac and how much support they provide to students in the program....looking for brutal honesty like real as a heart attach type stuff. Thank you! PS you may PM if you are more comfortable to be candid that way. Thank you again!

Hi there, the Mt Sac I think is another program in another state. This one isSan Antonio, Texas. but if you meant the same one, it is largely taught off PPT and lecture but overall most everyone has been supportive to us. No program is perfect I'm sure, but we are kinda surviving as best as we all can LOL.

I would like to know what your GPA and TEAS score that you got to be accepted if you do not mind sharing, please.

I am planning to apply this Summer for the Spring of next year.

Thank you very much in advance.

I had a 91% on my TEAS and a 4.0 GPA average. However, I don’t think it is reflective of all the applicants. What are your stats?

Thank you. I have not taken the TEAS yet and I got a 4.0 GPA so I just wanted to know what to expect. Thank you for your information
