Hey All,

I couldn't find a thread for Samuel Merritt's FNP and CM programs for Fall 2014 entry, so I thought I would start one.

Who here has submitted applications for either of those programs? Did you apply to one or both of the ELMSN programs? Have you considered the ABSN program as well?

I submitted an app for the CM program, and am eager to hear back in coming months.

I am #37 on the waitlist, which probably may as well have been a rejection

Who knows, maybe #1-24 are accepted, and wait list #37 means you are 13th in line? The order in which this is happening is strange.

I am #1 on the waitlist but the email says that the # can change as they review the rest of the applicants.

When I received the emails, there wasn't a date specifying when the deposit was supposed to be send, I don't even think they even send a letter of intend. So, it might be a while until people in the waitlist hear back.

Ill be calling today, since I paid my deposit but I worry that I also need to send my letter of intend before a dateline that is unknown to me.

@chinar, your odds are very good, considering that a lot of applicants apply to different schools

For those of us who still haven't received anything, should we assume that we're rejected? I'm hoping not because why would it take them so long to decide if everybody that was left didn't make it in?!!

What program did you apply to? To my knowledge, no CM applicants have heard anything yet. If you applied to the FNP program, it seems like a lot of people have heard. Perhaps try calling to see what the status of your application is.
