Hi Everyone,

I started a thread a couple of days ago but the title was vague so I hope this attracts more readers and future SMU applicants! I am applying for the Fall 2013 cohort for case management and wanted to start a thread like other cohorts to meet other applicants and support each other during the "waiting period"! :) This is my first time applying to grad school/nursing program so everything is new, exciting, and terrifying! I am finishing up my BA in Human Development and hope to continue on towards my dreams by getting into this program.

Yea your right I'm going to start looking into the Obama care as well. Thanks

Sorry for being ambiguous. Obamacare is good to know... and specific components of it. Not just the "general gist" but maybe pick a section you find interesting. It's what I was asked about, but it might be different for you.

!!! Anyone else feel surprised about the topics on the writing prompt?? Haha not what I expected! Also congrats to everyone who interviewed today! I kept getting mixed responses as to when we should be hearing back - I heard anywhere from March 1st to April 1st... Such a relief to get through the interview though! Now the wait.... :p

Hi Shyloh...the whole interview was not what I expected lol all the preparing I did went out the door..But my interviewer was set on March 1st but I guess we will see

lalalove: I got the confirmation e-mail about interviews being held on the 20th. However when I called ------------ to make a reservation on the 20th, she said that all the slots were booked. She explained that another set of interviews for ELMSN-CM would be conducted on the 25th. I hope all of your interviews went well. To all of you applicants: Would it be too tacky if I wore a suit? Were there a lot of male applicants? Thanks for all the help and good luck!

I met with ------------..I'm glad its over too but I'm more nervous than ever before because she said my science gpa is low (3.0) but I'm keeping my fingers crossed
