Hello!
I didn't see a thread for the SMU absn Spring 2021 cohort so I just wanted to start one!
I'm currently in the process of applying right now and working on my personal statements!
Hope you are all staying safe during this crazy time!

No, sorry! Just the TEAS.
as for registration, I did initially register for HESI but then ended up cancelling it. I remember it was crazy confusing (hopping from site to site) but I don’t remember the specific instructions sorry.
Hi all! Anyone that is accepted into January 2021 ABSN San Mateo cohort, please join this facebook group! Answer a couple screener questions and you're in!

How did you study? Which practice tests?

Good job! Did you do remote proctoring? How was that?

I used the nursehub online premium practice tests, and the free tests online. I just googled "free HESI A2 practice tests" and used anything on the first page of results. I focused on the subjects I was weakest in and retook the tests until I got every answer right. It helped me to write out each answer with an explanation so it was really hammered into my brain. Each weekend I took a full length exam to assess my progress.

Thanks! Yes, I did the remote proctoring. It actually went pretty smoothly. They use a proctor over zoom that stays with you for the duration of the test. They can pause the test for you if you need a bathroom break, etc.

Yep, just A&P. They go over the required subjects in the FAQ:

Hi everyone
has anyone tried registering for the HESI but when you put the Dept ID it says none available in the drop box for exams?
