I didn't see a thread for the Samuel Merritt University ABSN Spring 2014, and decided to get one going. Not much to talk about now, applications are in, just wanted to if anyone heard back yet from the school or when we can expect to hear from them. Good Luck everyone!

Does anyone know how it works with 1st and 2nd choice locations on our application? Do they only review your app for your 2nd choice if you don't get accepted to your 1st choice? By that time the 2nd choice location could likely be full. Just trying to understand how it works to cool my nerves a bit.

Did anyone else get accepted/waitlisted for the San Mateo program? Recently just got an email asking if I wanted to be considered for Summer start. Apparently last year, they had open spots available for the SM April start cohort...

Hi lyssa! I got a call from the ELMS (Sac) yesterday & just got off the phone from the ABSN (Sac) people today. So they're definitely making the rounds as far as calls. Good luck to everyone! I can't wait to get started!

So they are already calling absn applicants as well? i haven't heard anything. I was told October 1st

I got a call earlier from ABSN Sac telling me that I got in as well!! But I also got accepted to Duke's ABSN program and have just mailed in the tuition deposit! So that's one less person in SM's program! Good luck to everyone else!!
