I didn't see a thread for the Samuel Merritt University ABSN Spring 2014, and decided to get one going. Not much to talk about now, applications are in, just wanted to if anyone heard back yet from the school or when we can expect to hear from them. Good Luck everyone!

Does anyone know if they accept online coursework for prereqs? I've email them and am waiting to hear back.

SMU will accept on-line coursework for pre-req's however, you should check with them prior to taking the course. The school needs to be accredited and the course needs to exactly match the prerequisite (and units). If the course is slightly off, they will not accept it. I inquired with them prior to taking my two on-line courses and sent the college name/course descriptions, etc. My courses were approved. If you didn't get prior approval and have already taken the courses, hopefully they match exactly and will be accepted.
