Hi everyone! I'm starting this discussion for those who applied for SMU ABSN program for the Fall 2024 cohort! I was curious if anyone has received updates/email yet. I personally applied to the Sacramento program. Good luck everyone! I

Hoping someone who has been through this can let us know know as well. I'm number 30 🥴

I got accepted and got my email this morning but I didn't receive the login info to get into SMURF. It says it gets sent the morning after you are admitted but I see some people have already paid their deposits. Did anyone else not get the info to access the deposit page?Â
Have you been able to solve this issue? Im still having the same problem.Â
For the waitlist, I've been looking at past cohorts and asking people and it looks like they at least take about 5-10, but I think it totally depends on the location and the year and what other people decide. Some people have said they go about 15 deep. It seems like at the end for those still on the waitlist that aren't offered admission, the top few get offered provisional admission. Which essentially means if they don't get a spot in this cohort they are guaranteed for the next cohort.
But I did email for Sac and asked if they recommend I reapply for Spring or if the application carries over/if we get priority- so I'll share when I know more. But I plan on reapplying just in case- I am currently 3rd for Sac. Hope this helps, there is some hope!

If you have access to Okta I believe you should be able to access SMURF through there..
I haven't gotten a letter but on my letter of intent it gives me the option to accept or deny for San Mateo. I'm confused about if this means I've been accepted or not LOL

Thank You 🙂 I'm trying to be hopeful right now but before decisions even came out I applied for Spring. Where do I email or call to ask about updates on the waitlist?Â
