Has anyone received an interview yet? I am anxiously awaiting each day, but still waiting for my GPA to be calculated on NursingCAS (submitted on 2/14 and completed by them on 2/28). :uhoh3: Anyways, I would love to hear about how others are doing during this process!

Good luck on your interviews today stifffunny and Carolc415!

Relax and don't forget to smile. I remember being really, really nervous beforehand but the interviewer was very friendly and easy to talk to.

I agree with Bblue. It's a lot less nerve racking once you get in there. good luck guys!! :)

Interview done! I was so nervous going in, but my interviewer made it a very comfortable environment. I felt like I did well, but you never know what they may be thinking!! AHH! I hope I hear from them soon!

yay! glad to hear it went well stifffunny!

Yay, Stifffunny!! :yeah: I'm glad it went well too! Bet you feel a lot more relaxed now that it's done. :)

*Sigh*....well, mine was....interesting. They've requested an additional document, and so I'm not sure one way or the other how it might go. Fingers are crossed :)

Was the additional document the writing sample, or did they ask for some type of scholastic / educational form? Just curious, and of course, my fingers are crossed.

I don't know if this helps at all, but I really didn't feel very positive when I left. Like I said in my earlier note, I was trying to figure what didn't seem to click.

Hang in there! :)

YAY!!! I'M ACCEPTED!!! I missed her call at 1:00pm but she left me a voicemail. YAY!!!! I can't wait to meet everyone!! :D

YAY! congratulations stuffunny!!! so happy for you & can't wait to be classmates! :yeah:

WOO!! Congratulations, Stifffunny! :D

Thanks, K :) The doc they requested was an administrative clearance. I'll disclose more about it once I've received their decision.

When I was interviewing today, I was really puzzled by the questions. It seemed a poor attempt at seeing how I handle 'conflict'. I didn't leave the interview feeling positive at all.

I tried my best not to be defensive. It wasn't easy, especially when the topic is my grades from my first semester of community college, 25 years ago :)

But, on the bright side, they wouldn't have wasted time interviewing us if they didn't think we'd do a good job.

And congrats, Stifffunny! I like the story of how you got your name :)

For the latter, I agree: I think they have the people who've stood out in their interview rotation.

Feel free to PM to share anything you want. I'm likely going to have to run through some paperwork hoops in the near future as well.

I'll be keeping an eye out for your post! :)
