Samuel Merritt Fall 2023 BSN Program

Hello all! I have been anxiously searching forums for the past 2 months. I have been reading over previous applicants and their experience during the waiting period. I thought I might start a thread for those of us who have applied for the fall of 2023 cohort. Looking forward to the next few weeks of waiting with those who have applied!

I assume we all have picked out which classes fit our schedules. Do you guys want to share which classes you're picking?

but I finally figured it all out. But I had gone through EECU for a loan. ?look at interest rates! &  if you're struggling, just schedule an appt. Or go in! I'm literally moving over there for school. If I was able to go in and ask a million questions I would. Haha but I scheduled an appt with the actual BSN advisor. She gave me a run down of what everything was looking like. I sat there for a while trying to figure everything out so I know the feeling! But ask question, email, call. Do what you gotta do!

I'm hoping for the morning classes so I can maybe work a few evenings! Hbu? There doesn't seem to be too many options for the 5 classes so I'm hoping they don't run out of space

I don't think space will be an issue, besides the lab portion. Each class has 34 seats available it seems like. Labs have 12 seats

Is anyone able to register for classes? My screen says registration period has not started yet

Has anyone successfully registered for classes yet? It's after 8:30am and Im getting an error message.

Did you guys try to click on registration before today? I did. And as I'm reading over the email for class registration it says we should not have done that or we would receive an error message. I really hope that's not the case but what else could it be?

I just called the service desk number included in the email we got. They said that it is a known issue. The person that handles registration is not in office yet but they will reach out to her when she gets in.

I also sent an email to the person who sent registration info. I received an automatic reply that she would be out of office until 6/26

Same. I emailed Marie as well and I got an automated reply saying she is out of the office until 6/26
