Hello all! I have been anxiously searching forums for the past 2 months. I have been reading over previous applicants and their experience during the waiting period. I thought I might start a thread for those of us who have applied for the fall of 2023 cohort. Looking forward to the next few weeks of waiting with those who have applied!

I got off the waitlist! I received my acceptance email yesterday. I was number 15 on the list.

Yeah I am!☺️ I'm going to finish everything for my FAFSA and then after I'm going to talk to someone about all of my financial aid stuff!

Hi! Yes I've ran into some trouble in terms of calling and reaching staff on the phone. I've left messages, and usually I receive a response within a day or two. Is there something specific you're calling about? Try emailing!

yeah I just have questions about my financial aid. But I did email someone right now so hopefully they get back to me.  I also haven't received any further emails on how to go forward with things. I paid my deposit but that was pretty much it haha.

In the welcome letter it gives some information. Also I received various emails about signing up to various portals.

Yeah I also have questions about the financial aid but there are no appointments available when I look online. Has anyone tried to make an appointment?

If you go to the ADMITTED STUDENT PORTAL click checklist. It will give you a step by step way to navigate admission process. Financial aide should be filled out with FAFSA, and select SAMUEL MERRITT as a possible school of attendance. Financial aide will receive that and then get together a package for you. They will reach out to you once they have an offer of funds.

You can also go down to the campus admission office and try to get to talk to someone.

I talked with a lady. I scheduled it through email
