Hey did you ever register for them? I'm still waiting for them to get back to me but she said it won't be until the end of today haha.

No, it's still not working for me. I've received emails from two different people at the registrar office. The first person told me to empty my cart, log out and then start again but that didn't work and I haven't received a response from him. The second person (who is now not available until the end of today) tried to insinuate that I did not read the instructions correctly on how to register. That I clicked course first instead of going to the questionnaire which is not true. This is frustrating. The days and times I wanted are filling up fast.

This is happening for me as well.. it's extremely frustrating.

Nope. I was in contact with someone yesterday & she was just saying that she doesn't know what's going on. & she told me to screenshot to her what it says on my screen & after that I never heard back. I tried calling again right now, but no answer. I just left a voicemail. I'm going to try removing classes from my cart again and see what happens.
I am still not able to register either. I just called and left a voicemail and email as well.

I'll keep you updated on what they tell me when they reach back out! Someone said to go to the actual library in Oakland and ask for Rocio? I guess she works there but that she was able to help, but I have no way of getting there. So maybe if you're closer you can probably do that. 🙂
I live about 50 minutes away from the campus so if I don't get a response within the next hour or two I will go over there. I got a response from the registrar's office. After I sent my screenshot of the error message, they said that they would put in a ticket with IT. I'm confused because IT was the first office I called yesterday and they said to contact registrar. We'll see what happens. Hopefully IT can help.

Yes! If you have the chance go to the school! ☺️ and same.. yesterday I called IT & they told me the same thing. But hopefully they can help because I really thing it's an error on their end... but hopefully all works out! 🫶🏼
I just had a teams meeting with someone from registrar and I was able to share my screen with her so that she could see all of the steps that I am doing. She says what I am doing is correct and said again that she will contact IT and give me an update. She said there are 7 other people who are having this issue.

I was finally able to register! 😂
