Samuel Merritt BSN Spring 2022

Hi everyone! 

I haven't seen anyone post about SMU's BSN program for Spring 2022 in Oakland. Is anyone applying? This is my first time applying and July 1st is coming up quick!

Same I only slept for 2 hours. I was a bit confident with my stats just a tiny bit. Perhaps I would be waitlisted.

400+ hours in community/healthcare volunteering

First-generation college graduate

I know decisions haven't been "final," but it seems as if everyone knows before the email is sent out.  ? I thought I did okay on my essay responses. I guess I'll begin my application once again.

Your stats are pretty competitive.
Do you have any courses in progress? 
I’m guessing 4.0 science GPA? 

I started it just in case.

We have similar stats but I took TEAS instead. 

I also work at Kaiser (paid patient/hospital experience).

I hope we all get in ? it’s still pretty early in the day.

No courses in progress. I have only one B in Microbiology, and that is in all my classes (science/GE) that brought down my overall GPA. 

I know. I hope this time around was different and they didn't update the site until the emails were sent to the applicants. 

I noticed from previous forums that people began commenting as early as 7:23 am with their acceptance email. So only 30 minutes to go! If that's the case.

Anyone hear anything yet? It is 8:01 am and I have yet to receive an email. I have not checked the website as I am too nervous to do so. Last time I checked was last night around 11 pm.

Nothing yet and I’ve been checking my portal…still nothing. ?

Ugh the wait is awful! I’m so anxious over this. I’m about to start the next application. Wayyy to nervous to check the portal though. Just waiting for the letter of disappointment ?

Please check! It might put some ease to the ones who have not seen the portal change from "reviewed" if you are accepted already you can let us all know.

So I never did make an account and honestly I don't think I have to guts to. I was just gunna wait until the email comes in or if anybody else finds out on there then I would look. I don't think I'm the best candidate so I'm not super confident. Been refreshing my email like crazy though!

I thought I was the only one!! LOL, I see that every time I refresh my email. I also get nervous to see if someone here saw their portal update and mine is not.
