Samuel Merritt BSN Spring 2022

Hi everyone! 

I haven't seen anyone post about SMU's BSN program for Spring 2022 in Oakland. Is anyone applying? This is my first time applying and July 1st is coming up quick!

I've been doing that all week. Just in case they had decided to do it earlier during the week. But I don't know if I will be sleeping tonight.

For Spring 2021 cohort, they found out via email before 9am! At least it's not an entire day of waiting.

I was just on that cohort and noticed everyone found out by 730am or before 8 am. But everyone that created an account was able to see if they were accepted throughout the day. A day before. So I am very tempted to create an account and find out now!! If the username says "invalid" or is giving an error that means you did not get accepted. So I am sweating!

There were some people that created an account from last cohort as well and was able to ”refresh” the whole day and was rejected as well. 
 

I was able to to create an account and see that it says that my application is still under review…..but we’ll never really know until tomorrow.

No one here has said anything about being accepted either. Ughh, I am so anxious!!

I created an account it says "under review."

Your account will say under review for forever if you’re not accepted. It will never say denied or anything, even after a year. The only update will be for acceptance or waitlist.

But you have also seen it change the day of (meaning tomorrow). It doesn't update for everyone a day before? From what you saw in previous forums?

It doesn’t update the day before for everyone. Someone I know who got into the Spring 2021 cohort didn’t have it update until the day of. She checked until maybe 10pm the day before. Her last name starts with a “W” so her theory is that they updated hers last ?

Oh lord! Mine starts with a "N" I know I am overthinking everything and perhaps they also updated their system so it wouldn't show a day before who knows. Only tomorrow will tell. I don't think I'll be able to sleep tonight.

Still no update for me, I’m getting ready to reapply for next round ?

Oh my God, same! Ughhh! I haven't gone to the portal since last night. I am too afraid to do so.

I haven’t slept…I refreshed all night. I’m exhausted ? ?
