I've received it just now. What would it be for the second phase? Do any body know how are they going to do for the second phase? I am so excited.

Good luck to everyone! I honestly don't understand what it means because that's what their last email mentioned as well.. "we've completed the preliminary review..".

I was denied last cycle but also don’t remember any mention ever of an email regarding the second phase that I had missed. Does anyone know if this was sent out last time? Our responses were so delayed I think due to covid that maybe they didn’t do it this way?

Wouldn't be surprised considering they didn't know what was happening at all with the current cohorts, let alone the upcoming ones.

ALSO, the email says "your application has been forwarded to faculty for phase 2". Guess phase 2 is pretty short LOL.

I agree the wording is funny. We’ve already been notified of “preliminary” reviews but not second phase. The wait continues ?
