I haven't found a thread for this yet, so I figured I would start one! I am applying in August, after I have my grades from my summer courses. I was wondering what stats other applicants have as well :) I still have to complete human physio lab, general chem and lab, nutrition, and psych so I am not sure if I will get in this time around, but it can't hurt to apply!

Last 60 GPA: 3.4
Prereq GPA (so far): 3.9
TEAS Adjusted Individual Score: 92.7%
TEAS National and Program Percentile Rank: 99

My acceptance letter came to my personal e-mail sent from E. The letter is personalized, and comes from the Director of Admissions. I'm sure it takes a little time to update each letter and send (and there is about 50 seats from what I hear). Holding good thoughts and cheer for you Brandie, Ladydeception and others waiting. Keep us posted.
I started a Facebook group for the Oakland cohort. If you want to join the group it's called "Samuel Merritt University - ABSN Oakland - Class of 2014". Look forward to meeting and chatting with everyone!
If these Email are being forwarded shouldn't most applicants receive it almost the same time...

ladydeception - it was a web-based form letter, but it was personalized with my name / applicant info. so there is a little bit of work they have to do to each letter before they can send it out. considering they didn't start until basically the end of the day, i'm sure there are lots they didn't get to tonight.
Yes, the Facebook group is a closed group. I read if it's a open group then all the posts go to all our friends, etc.. So, I made it closed so all posts are read by members only. I'm still waiting to hear back too. I'd assume they would send us an email whether we got in or not, but at this point who knows. Things seemed to go much more smoothly for the June San Mateo cohort as all the applicants received a mass email at one time. I was hoping the Oakland cohort would be notified the same way.
