So, the applications are due today (September 1st) for summer admission to ABSN program at Samuel Merritt. How does everyone feel about their application?? :up: :down: What campus did you apply to?

I don't have a backup plan either so I am hoping more than I have ever hoped in my entire life, to the point where it's aching!

wannabenurse81, how come you're so sure that you haven't been accepted? don't be discouraged just yet!!! there is still time and many reasons why we haven't received a call yet.

Tamosaur...I'm sending soooo many positive thoughts for you three! One of my biggest fears is that they will somehow have the wrong email or call and not leave a message or something. You guys waiting make sure it is definitely no or wait list bf giving up.

For ex they had my school email address and I finished and the school cut me off but that was the address listed on my application ...so make sure they have your correct contact if you have heard nothing!

I have not received a "no" yet, but I sent an email, just like pnlu007 did, and I have not received a response. I guess I can be on the waitlist, but at this point, I haven't heard anything.

I'm definitely afraid that they may not be able to reach me since they did make a mistake in spelling my email and I ended up never even receiving that email until I contacted them to ask what was going on with my application, which was about a month after they initially sent the email.

BTW...for those that got PHONE CALLS, was it from a blocked/unavailable telephone # or did it have an area code like 510, 415, etc. I'm asking cause I JUST missed a call from a blocked telephone # and now I'm thinking if it was SMU.
