So, the applications are due today (September 1st) for summer admission to ABSN program at Samuel Merritt. How does everyone feel about their application?? :up: :down: What campus did you apply to?

****** called me yesterday. I thought she was calling with a verdict and about had a heart attack. She just said she didn't have any news yet! So I am not going to cal the director. I was only going to call ehr if I hadn't heard back from **. Anyone can call though, her name is **** ***** and her number is on SM website. Might be nice to put siome pressure on. This is getting ridiculous. I am starting to lose my sense of humor...

I am taking pharmacology at University of Wyoming right now. It is my last prerequisite. I took the first quiz. I feel like we have a test to study for all the time. There is so much material. The professor knows a lot. The class is definitely not a joke. Ha...

my pharmacology class thru univ phoenix is only 5 weeks long...so there is a ton of information...so much that its probably useless by the time I start the program....i guess thats how the classes are going to be in this ABSN, so I probably shouldnt say that. hahah...doesnt help that its online as well.

Simmy 123, good luck. He is a very smart prof and knows seemingly everything there is to know about pharma. I struggled in that class from day one, however I took it in 10 weeks over the summer. Not recommended. I felt like I had to know the names, functions and contraindications of over 500 drugs in 10 weeks. The good thing is that he drops the lowest score or two at the end...totally helps the final grade. I got a 79%...was SO bummed to miss by 1%.

I am taking it over Spring semester, so hopefully the longer amount of time will be to my advantage. He is very smart...

That is nice to know that he drops our lowest score...
