I heard from SMU on 2/14 re: summer @ SF. BUT, they originally said they wouldnt send out letters until at least 3/1. Maybe it would be worth making a phone call?? Good Luck to you!

hi i have not received anything from financial aid yet and school is starting on the 25th of april! Any suggestions for housing in sf?

I left a message for the financial aid department, but I haven't heard back. I will be commuting from the east bay so I am not to familiar with housing close to the campus.

Taratoms: Call Che Abrams. I called her after being accepted into the SF cohort and I was able to deposit and switch to the San Mateo one because it was not full yet. Also maybe call Anne Seed, she is the director of the entire program and she may be able to get to the bottom of your application. It may be as simple as they missed a letter on your email address. Also, check your spam folder. YOu can PM me for their numbers if you can't find them online

I haven't heard about the books yet. You are lucky you were able to switch campuses. I have been accepted into sf and I am on the waitlist for a spot in Oakland.

I have heard that too, but those are people on the waitlist... I don't even know if I will be on one But hey, I actually drove over there today and talked to a really nice admissions guy... He was very encouraging. He said that they are STILL accepting applications for the San Mateo campus, so all the spots can't be filed already (that is what I was afraid of!). And he confirmed that my application was still "under review". This, however, forces me to wonder if I will even find out by March 1! UGH! Or even worse...that someone that applies today will take my spot! jeesh! this needs to be over!

thanks for the crossed fingers! I will take anything I can get :) In terms of ------...Well... I think I bugged her too much already, and don't wanna be too needy. I super need to know by tomorrow so I can be prepared to either submit my application or to hang on to 50 bucks. My plan: hang out there after work and if I don't hear, then I will submit the application. Ooooo gosh this has become way too complicated!
