Samuel Merritt ABSN - Spring 2019

Published

Hello!

I'm new to this site, but have been following the allnurses posts regarding Samuel Merritt program applications religiously for a while now. I recently applied to the ABSN and ELMSN - FNP program for the July 1 deadline. Thought it would be great to have a place to provide insight, stay updated and share experiences with all of you through this terrifying journey. I mean we ONLYYY have to wait until October - November to hear anything. Let the wait begin.....

Looking forward to hearing from you all :)

I haven't gotten anything. Good luck to you guys on the wait list!

MamaKat and Btenjamin what locations?

Both for sacramento

Is anyone giving up their spot?

Is anyone giving up their spot?

Signedanonymous said they were but I'm not sure what campus they applied to.

I didn't get any email...dang. I feel like they'd send out rejections at the same time as waitlist? I guess I'll have to call on Monday or Tuesday

Hi all. I applied to both ELMSN and ABSN (Sacramento campus). I am waitlisted #10 for ABSN but will be accepting my spot for ELMSN. So for those of you on the waitlist, please don't give up hope. Best wishes to everyone!

That is great news for everyone lower on the waitlist!

Other good news to those on waitlist. Last semester there were not any applicants applying to both ELMSN and ABSN giving reason to why the waitlist didn't budge much. Hopefully we see that thing start to move soon!

I still haven't heard anything...

Slowly going crazy

I haven't heard anything either! I don't know what's going on but I'm still holding onto my hope....

I applied last cycle and got waitlisted #26 for sac. This time around, I have no classes in progress. I had patho and pharm in progress last time. And I have since started working for Kaiser. So definitely a stronger application this time. :(
