Samuel Merritt ABSN - Spring 2019

Published

Hello!

I'm new to this site, but have been following the allnurses posts regarding Samuel Merritt program applications religiously for a while now. I recently applied to the ABSN and ELMSN - FNP program for the July 1 deadline. Thought it would be great to have a place to provide insight, stay updated and share experiences with all of you through this terrifying journey. I mean we ONLYYY have to wait until October - November to hear anything. Let the wait begin.....

Looking forward to hearing from you all :)

Is it okay if I go ahead and make a Facebook page for the Sacramento cohort? That way we can all get to know each other, etc.

definitely! Post the link here after!

Does anyone know if all of the acceptances were this morning or has anyone received acceptances later than 7am or 7:05am this morning?

Mine was also at 7:05AM this morning

Mine was 7:05am this morning.

Also, regarding FB group, it is making me add at least one person before I can create the group! Can I have someone's name from the Sac Cohort so I can add you on and then into the group, please :-) Thanks!

Haven't heard anything about either program ELMSN or ABSN :( Anyone know when you receive a rejection email yet? This wait sucks! :/

I was accepted into the Sacramento ABSN! Can't wait to meet all of you! I would to like to be apart of the FB group too!

The letter of intent thing is kinda weird. I've clicked accept and paid the deposit. But I clicked the link again and it keeps allowing me to accept. I've accepted it at least 10 times. Haha

Last year there were rejection and waitlist letters sent at the same time as the acceptances so not sure what's going on this year.

I'm also still waiting for an email from ABSN and ELMSN...

Congrats to everyone who got in. Fingers crossed for those of us still waiting to find out... this is going to be a very, very, very long day..

Thanks for the info! I'm so tempted to call them but I have a feeling that won't help :(
