I am applying to the Sacramento ABSN cohort for 2016 and would like to hear from others that are applying or graduates of the program! Current application stats, thoughts on the program, etc. I have my bachelors from UC Davis in Nutrition and have TONS of experience in the ER. I am currently an ER Tech at Lodi memorial and have been a scribe at UC Davis. My science GPA is 3.0, but my last 60 semester units are 3.87 and my TEAS scores that I just took today are all over 90%.

I also applied to SMU Sacramento '16 ABSN program. I got waitlisted and am waiting to hear. Does anybody know of anyone that was waitlisted before and how long the process took for them to hear? Congrats to all those that have been accepted :)

It depends on what number you are on the wait list. Usually there's some movement if you're lower on the list (1-8ish).
I still haven't heard anything. I emailed one of the admissions counselors this morning, as I just finished pharma and patho and need to know if I should send transcripts. I got an auto-reply email saying that she is away at a recruiting event but will still try to respond to emails.
Did you ever get a response from the admissions counselor?
I had a problem with admissions and communication throughout this whole process. Don't give up just keep reaching out. Are you going to reapply if you don't hear?
I'm out gang. I chose to go ELMSN-FNP. Should free up a spot for someone else now. I'm sure we'll all see each other at some point anyway, with both cohorts being in Sac. Good luck and congrats!
