Samuel Merritt ABSN Fall 2020

Published

Hi everyone! Just wanted to get the conversation started for those who will be applying for the ABSN Fall 2020 cohort. I will be applying for the Sacramento location by the April 1 deadline. Is anyone finishing up their requirements now to do so as well? I'd love to connect with you!

Wah. I didn’t get anything. Guess that’s bad news. Stinks. Happy for all who got in!

Neither have I ? but nothing is for certain until that “we regret to inform you” comes in! CONGRATS to everyone though that is great news!!

CONGRATS to those accepted! I still have not heard back yet. For everyone that was accepted was it for the Sacramento or Pensinsula campus?

I've yet to hear anything. Congratulations to those of you who've been accepted! You must have been top of the acceptance list!

Im in SAC

Acceptance was for Sacramento Campus.

- for those who feel comfortable, how do you plan on paying for tuition? does anyone know a former student of ABSN who found some of the resources on the schools website helpful in paying for tuition?

Hey! I'm planning on doing student loans. I'm not super excited about the amount of debt, but I've been told I'll be able to pay it off quickly once I start working. I went to one of the information sessions and spoke with the financial aid counselor Kimya and she is amazing. She is super helpful and really kind, so my game plan is to make her my first call after applying for FASFA.

CONGRATS to everyone who has been accepted! and to those who have not received acceptances yet or have been denied this cycle: do not give up!

Does anyone know any updates regarding doing the program in person or partly online? I have not heard anything about this and don't think I can justify paying 80-90k for an online education.

Also, is anyone interested in starting facebook group for the Fall 2020 Sacramento cohort?

I just got my "Thanks, But No Thanks" email. Good luck to everyone.

Good luck to everyone and CONGRATS to those who were accepted. I'm 7 of 45 on the wait list and hope to join you this fall.

Waitlisted spot 16 / 45

CONGRATS to the accepted folks!
