UC Davis MEPN 2020
We officially had our online orientation today for those of us who are in the cohort, so it is likely the UCD graduate admissions closed your applications. I didn't get in last year and this was my second time applying so I highly encourage you try again and hope you join us next year!

Thank you! It was the longest email I've gotten so far. The subject line said "CONGRATULATIONS from the Betty Irene Moore School of Nursing at UC Davis" and then the first paragraph was similar. It then said timeline for getting official acceptance letter through Graduate Admissions, submitting initial decision and some financial aid information. They also said when I should expect the welcome packet and to email them with questions.

Has anyone else not received confirmation that they have our application? I got the confirmation from nursingcas but nothing from SM.

You shouldn't have to redo your transcripts when you reapply! Almost all of the application will be saved except for the tabs pertaining to specific schools, so like filling in the written questions, recommendations and picking which classes satisfy pre-req requirements! Should be pretty straight forward and quick compared to the first time

This is the answer I got: "Thank you for confirming your waitlist position with us. We are excited that you have decided to remain in our applicant pool! The waitlist consists of a small pool of selected applicants. These applicants are not numbered, but will be considered for admission if a position in the entering class becomes available. If you are offered a position in the entering class, we will be in contact with you immediately. Please note that your waitlist status may remain until the start of the program." So yeah, pretty generic and I have NO clue what that means as far as the likelihood of admission. I'd like to know the percentage of students that accept their spots and those that get off the waitlist but from what I know about previous years I don't think they share that information.
