Hi everyone! Just wanted to get the conversation started for those who will be applying for the ABSN Fall 2020 cohort. I will be applying for the Sacramento location by the April 1 deadline. Is anyone finishing up their requirements now to do so as well? I'd love to connect with you!

Hi! I’ll be applying for both Sacramento and San Mateo location for the Fall Semester. I’ve been looking through the threads for the previous semesters and the application process seem so nerve wracking ? I’m finishing up Sociology, Pharmacology and Pathophysiology. What about you?

hey! I am applying to the Sac campus fall 2020 too. Did anyone hear back anything yet? I submitted my application a while already.

I applied for Fall 2020 at San Mateo and Sacramento. I got an email about them postponing admission for Fall at the San Francisco campus but no word on the others. Has anyone heard anything? I know they extended the application deadline to 5/1, but I wonder if any other dates were changed.

so far no. Spoken to the admission advisor last week. NO HESI required as well. I applied to Sacramento Fall 2020 too :P

I also applied for the Fall 2020 ABSN in Sacramento. My grades are very high (4.0 in everything) but I have 2 prereq's in progress and 3 planned for Summer, so I have a feeling I might get denied because of too many prereq's not completed, even though they don't state specific rules about how many you can have in progress. Does anyone know more about this?

On April 7 the admissions counselor at Sacramento emailed me the following:

"The Sacramento timelines are still on track. The Fall 2020 start is still projected to start in early September 2020. The January 2021 start is still on track as well with a deadline of July 1, 2020. If there are any changes an email will be sent out and the website will be updated accordingly."

Hi All,

I can't seem to find out the website that the science prerequisites requires a recency. Someone from the school e-mailed me back stating anatomy, physiology, and Microbiology needs to be taken within the past 5 years. But I was told by another potential candidate who did the live chat that there is no recency. Does anybody have any updates of this? I would hate to re-take my science courses-only if I really need to.

There is no age limit on those classes. The 5 years is a recommendation.
