Hey all, I know this was addressed a bit in the thread already, but I am confused as to why people have been taken of the wait list from the Spring '21 cycle to fill spots in the Summer '21 cycle. Seems like it will displace applicants with stronger applications. Can anyone shed light on this for me? Thanks!
