Hello everyone! I didn't see a thread started for the SMU ABSN program Fall 2014 yet. I'm turning in my application tomorrow and I'm getting really nervous. Just wanted to see who else is applying and what were everyone's stats.

Stats:

Science GPA: 3.6

Last 60 GPA: 3.2

TEAS V Overall: 73.5%

I couldnt believe that their waitlist is 55 people. Whats the point?

I am 40 of 55 on the wait list. What are the chances of getting in?

SMU is the only school I am interested in. I will reapply for Jan 2015 but am still slightly hopeful.

I know of someone who was #19 and got in. Not sure how many above her got in but I do think you'll move up quickly!

Interesting that they started sending emails out a day early, since the website stated May 9th right?

Question, was --------------------- the individual who sent out the email for people on the wait list?

Yes, ------------------------- sent my wait list email. She said she was still sending out acceptances. I'm glad it was a day early and not end of day Friday. Good Luck.
