I've been stalking this website for a while and now I finally get to contribute something!...
I just submitted my application for the Saddleback nursing program cohort beginning Fall 2019!
Who else is out there impatiently waiting until May (crossing my fingers it's earlier!) to hear about acceptance into the program?
I can't say for sure. I have heard mostly good things from former Saddleback students. I can say that they have one of the highest NCLEX pass rates of all schools in California (including 4 year universities). https://rn.ca.gov/education/passrates.shtml
From what I hear, Saddleback's program is top in the state. Luckily, if you look at the schedule, you won't have to be on campus every day and they assign hospital locations based on your address. Although the commute will be longer, if it was up to me I'd choose Saddleback. The campus is nice and the building for the program is new.

Cal State Fullerton offers the opportunity to take classes toward a BSN during the summer, while you're still completing your ADN. Then, once you get your ADN, you'll complete the few remaining courses in the RN-BSN program, and be able to earn your BSN in about a year after getting your ADN.

There are more schools that offer similar programs. This is from the Saddleback Nursing Program website:

Just search "Emily Smith TEAS Instructor" on FB. She is very busy and won't be able to answer questions all the time but her videos are really good and she narrows down content to what you only need to know for the TEAS. Hope this helps, let me know if you have any other questions!
Hi, I found a tutor Named Emily on Wyzant and I think she the same tutor that you used. I was wondering if you recommend her. I'm retaking my TEAS test I need a good score. Did she help you get the score you wanted? I would really appreciate any feedback you may have. Thank you! ?

Hey prospective RN students! I just received my acceptance letter from Saddleback and will most likely accept. I got in with 80 points. However, I'm still waiting for GWC to reply because its a lot closer to my house. GWC said that they won't mail out their letters until beginning of May. According to the GWC point system I have acquired 91 points, so I'm conflicted on what to do. Should I wait for GWC or just accept Saddleback's offer?
Which schools do you guys think has a better nursing program?
