Hi,
I just wanted to start a thread for Rutgers DNP program spring 2019, since none has been started. I applied and I am waiting to hear back. Hopefully I get accepted. Please drop your comments below, it might be helpful anyone. Thanks
Hello EveP
Kindly find attached the link to the application process and the admission criteria. For me, it wasn't a rigorous process, as long as your personal statement and the 2 papers are both intelligently written, you should be fine. The challenging part is getting admitted into the program, after that, you should be fine.
I am here to help if you have more questions.
Here is the link to the application process.

Hello BellaNoor, so far the program has been challenging and at the same time wonderful. As per the quality, I would rate it as excellent. Faculty is always available to help however necessary. Also the student engagement team assist with the escalation of issues if need be.
You can reach to me at anytime and let me know if you decide to apply. Goodluck and stay safe.
Covid 19 really caused alot of changes. You can sort out your clinical site or they can help you find, it depends. My clinicals should be starting next year. As for online or in-class, we were primarily inclass before the crisis and now we are online. Hopefully, inclass should resume in the Fall of 2020. My preference is actually inclass and took most classes in the evenings 6 to 9 etc.

For those who were accepted where did you get your BSN? Im in an ADN program at the moment and wondering if an online 1 year BSN will be good enough. It will take me an extra year or two to get my BSN from Rutgers. TIA
