NP trying to go back to RN in hospital/ and Pain Mansgement NP jobs
We RNs who became NPs and still working in their units in the hospital where I work. I think it's more of policy to hire an NP to the position of RN. They see it that you are over- qualified for that position. EveP

Chamberlain NP student
It's sad that we have to look for preceptor by ourselves. Some of our are lucky to NPs/MDs who are ready to take up thee task. I think the school should have group of NPs/MDs that will be preceptor to their students. It's hard enough that we're in an online program practically doing everything ourselves, adding the stress of looking for a preceptor is very disheartening. I pray we all make it at the end of the day.
