Rutgers ABSN FALL 2017

Hi there guys! I just submitted all my applications for Nursing School, including Rutgers ABSN Fall 2017. I am super stoked!

However, I am just missing two classes. They are Lifespan and Nutrition. Does anyone know where I can take Nutrition in New Jersey? Thanks. :)

I found out my acceptance to Newark last week. I was told I may find out the new Brunswick decision by the end of this week but no response. Again, I'm super worried because the deadline to accept Newark's invitation is July 12. Looks like I'm going to be waiting down to the last second for NB before I accept Newark.

My acceptance package from Newark stated to accept their invitation and enroll to their program, you have to submit the deposit by July 12.

I think they're sending out acceptances in waves. If you go back in these posts, some people got accepted a couple days after the deadline and they had until July 1st to make a deposit. So I'm guessing they're waiting to see who secures a spot and then offers acceptances to others down their list and gives them a deadline so they can send more notices out. I just wish we would know if we were waitlisted or rejected :no:

Oh, NB. Why do they always have to over complicate things? I actually graduated from Rutgers NB in 2015 with a bachelor's in cell biology and neuroscience. I should've expected such disorganization.

I think you're right about that. My acceptance letters from both NB and Newark were dated June 13th and my deadline to deposit was July 5th. I also kept receiving calls from them asking if I was going to accept and which campus I was leaning towards lol

I accepted for Newark since its a closer commute but I have my BA from NB campus and I sure do miss it :( Has anyone made a facebook group for the newark campus yet?

I know people received rejection letters. I have not received anything. I plan on calling admissions today.

I called this morning and they told me they're still not done.... I don't know how much longer I can wait it's driving me crazy!

I know, right! My co-worker graduated from the Newark program and she told me lectures ran from 8am-6pm once a week and the rest are clinicals. Sometimes clinicals are cancelled because there would be a shooting an hour prior to their assigned time slot. Also, her clinicals went as far as Raritan Valley when she lived in Bloomfield. I know the Newark program is so much better than the New Brunswick program and better known, but it'd be more convenient for me to go to NB. Ugh, I just want to know asap so I can plan living arrangements now than later.

Well, if any of you guys get accepted to New Brunswick, I do have an investment property there close to the school of nursing. Just pm me :)
