Hi there guys! I just submitted all my applications for Nursing School, including Rutgers ABSN Fall 2017. I am super stoked!

However, I am just missing two classes. They are Lifespan and Nutrition. Does anyone know where I can take Nutrition in New Jersey? Thanks. :)

Has anyone received a rejection letter yet? Or even waitlist?

I just got off the phone with them. The admissions committee for NB and NWK is the same committee. They are sending out acceptance, rejection, and waitlisted letters via mail and email in waves for both programs. They're still not done with final decisions.

I got my acceptance email on Thursday to the Newark campus.

Hey I couldn't find the group on Facebook?

I have a friend that was rejected not long after I received my acceptance letters. I don't remember if she got mail or email, but I received two separate letters for Newark and NB, never got anything regarding acceptance via email. You'd think maybe they'd try to be more organized and use either just email or mail, or maybe both just incase but thats Rutgers for you lol

I'm in your boat, but got accepted to NB but hoping for the same for Newark. I can't believe they're so unorganized, I can only imagine they must lose really good applicants with this system.

That's what I'm saying. If an applicant applied to both programs, they should at least give notification until the committee decides whether or not they are eligible to attend for both programs. That way, applicants can make proper decisions before deposit deadlines. What's even more frustrating is that the programs in NWK and NB are EXACTLY THE SAME. The only difference is that the lecture is taught in different locations, so there ideally should not be this issue.

I know people received rejection letters. I have not received anything. I plan on calling admissions today.

At least we all weren't immediately rejected lol so that's a plus..but it's still ridiculous we have to wait this long for a decision when most schools have already sent theirs out.

The head rep told me they usually take a lot of people off the waitlist, and if you look at older threads they say the same thing.

Do the NursingCas show or states if you get accepted or wait listed? For those that already got their letter.
