Hi everyone,
I am wondering if there are Russian speaking nurses on this website? I am one of them and I just got my RN license. I will appreciate if you could share your experience with me. Any advice I could use in my career as a nurse?
God bless!

Hi! I am Inna, and I am russian nurse. I graduated in Russia. I have a current RN license in the state of Louisiana. I passed Nclex and CGFNS in 2006. I applied for license in CA. I have received a letter stating that I need to take classes in obstetrics and psychiatric, to make up hours. Email me, please, with any information on this subject, thank you.

Dear Alex, you have to look up the school's name at the BRN website. Look for the approved colleges.
I got my license in February. I am originally from St. Petersburg, Russia.I agree it is tuff to find a job, but keep trying. I get more responses from craigslist, to e honest.(because your resume goes to a particular person not a database)

Hi, I am from Ukraine too. I live in California and want to evaluate my diploma. Can you tell me where and who translated the transcript after you sent the request to your nursing school? Who has to send translation of transcript to the board: school or me? On the board's site it says we have 2 option, one is the interpretor from the court, and second is ATA certified translation. Which option did you use? Should I ask my nursing school to give me a copy of transcript and translate it in California, or use any agency in Ukraine and verify it with notary public? Hope you find a job, and hear from you soon!
