Rush GEM Fall 2021

Hello! I haven't seen a thread for Rush yet, fall 21 entry to the generalist entry masters program. I applied earlier this fall and received an interview invite a week or two later. Looking to connect with others!

when it come to financial aid were  we suppose to fill out 2020-2021 and where is this self-service site?

Do you mean FAFSA? https://studentaid.gov/h/apply-for-aid/FAFSA

For Financial Aid we were supposed to fill out the 2021-2022 FAFSA., which can be found on the studentaid.gov website. The self-service site is from the Rush website where you can view your Financial Aid Reward Package.

Is anyone else seeing their financial aid package online for the years 2020-21? I’ve never been a student at Rush so I don’t understand why it is showing up like this...

Mine used to say that too. Now it says 2021-2022. Maybe they're correcting it slowly?

Hello! I was 51 on the waitlist, people earlier in the forum saying they were like 8 or 9 on the waitlist said they got in. So I am probably now~ 43 on the waitlist? not sure since I haven't been updated on my place on the waitlist. Hoped that helped.

I am also curious though, can the people who got off the waitlist share where in the waitlist they were initially?

I don't think I'll get in this round since I am so far on the waitlist, but I am just curious.

I would think they give a similar timeline than those of us that got accepted the first round.  We were given 14 days to accept I believe

For those still wondering about scholarships, if you've not finished your FAFSA I would advise you to do so, after I completed mine I was offered a nice scholarship
