Hi everyone!

The Spring 2020 application period has just opened up! I just wanted to start a new thread for those who are rolling over from the last application period (Fall/Oct 2019) as well as to those who are applying for the first time to share our questions and/or concerns.

Feel free to ask, comment or discuss anything about the admissions process, interviews, and the program itself.

I originally applied for the October 2019 cohort, but unfortunately all of my transcripts and such were verified too late, so I did not receive an invitation to interview. I'm rolling over my application to the Spring 2020 cohort and hopefully I'll get accepted to the Henderson campus.

STATS: Teas - 87%

Science/Math GPA - 3.21

Overall GPA 3.36

P.S. - How did you fill out the applicant signature portion of the rollover form? Did you leave it blank? It won't let me type anything into that box...

I actually typed, printed and signed the signature portion. Then I scanned the form and emailed it.

I can't remember my GPAs but I know they were around 3.0 -3.1ish and my TEAS was 80.

I had submitted my application on May 30th, but my coursework wasn't verified by NursingCAS until June 13th when one of my last transcript was sent. I had just sent in another set of transcript from a different community college that I went to this past summer in order to retake a class for a different program that I am also applying too. I had the transcript rush deliver it to both Roseman and NursingCAS this past Friday. So, I'm hoping this doesn't affect my chances of getting into an interview.

Goodluck everyone, I'm currently a student in the ABSN program at the South Jordan campus and I love it. Started in February and the time has just been flying. Feel free to ask any questions.

Has anybody received an interview invite yet? I’m a rollover applicant and just received one few hours ago!

What campus are you guys hoping to get into? Did you guys submit your rollover forms on the 1st? I submitted my rollover form just yesterday, so I don't think I'll get an invite today but maybe tomorrow? I'll keep you guys posted.

I'm hoping to get into the Henderson campus. I submitted both my NursingCAS application and rollover form on Sept. 1.

TEAS - 77%

Last 60 - 3.5

Pre-Requisite - 3.3

These are my TEAS and GPAs. I'm hoping to get into the South Jordan campus since I'm a resident here already. ? I also submitted both the NursingCAS reapplication and rollover form on Sept. 1st!

I’m still waiting as well. I am hoping I’m not offered a SJ interview as I live in Henderson. Do you think they even think of that? Sigh. This whole process is getting to me.

I feel you. It's hard to look for good and cheap flights to SJ since I live in Northern California. The flights either have one or two layovers, or the flights aren't within the time frame that I need. I hope that you can get an interview though!
