Roseman University ABSN - July 2021

Published

Hi! This is for prospective students looking to apply to Roseman University of Health Sciences ABSN July 2021 cohort, either Henderson or South Jordan! Let's get to know each other and help each other out ?

Hi everyone! I am a current student at SJ campus. If you are looking for a place to live, I can show you around my apartment complex. My apartment complex is approx 12 min away from campus. Shoot me a message!

Hello!

I’m looking at Roseman as another option if I don’t get accepted into the program I have already applied to. I’m from California and looking into the South Jordan Campus.

Wish you luck!

Hi there! I've just been accepted to the sj campus. Do you happen to know which areas are best to look for housing?

I’ve been looking at apartments mainly in either south Jordan or West Jordan and I’ve been able to find some good ones so far, depending on your budget! Let me know if find one in a great location or one that isn’t too expensive!

This is the only relatable thread that I could find for the ABSN start date for June/July so hello everyone! ?

I have my interview this coming Wednesday (2/10) and I'm so nervous!! Does anyone know any of the possible questions that they could ask you??

Hello to Roseman peeps,

Do any of you know if the Roseman University at Utah degree is approved by the California State Board of Nursing?  I know I am seeing a lot of people from California who are going to Henderson, but I wanted to know if the Utah campus degree is also recognized by the State Board of Nursing in California.

I have the same question. I haven't found an answer yet.

hi, I have a question to current students!

Do you have to purchase Saunders NCLEX book for ABSN program ?  Is the book included among the books you purchase for the program ??

Hey yall ! my name is Vince, Im about 1 week away from graduation here at roseman NV. Would be happy to answer any program questions ! GOOD LUCK!

Hi Vince,

I'm not in a program yet (taking my last prerequisite), but in general words, how was a program? Where is your campus? What should we expect?

Thank you!

Hi! Its fast and disorganized, but it gets the job done. The teaching faculty really do care, its the administration that gets tricky to deal with. My campus is in Henderson (I moved from Ca). ABSN + covid meant that in the latter half of our program we were mostly online including exams. I found that the program is pretty easy once you understand how the testing process works, I was able to work almost full time. Spent alot of time studying for ATI which is the proprietary nursing software that we use for exams and our exit exams. Hope thats helpful! Best of luck to ya: )

Did other people in your cohort work as well? I know people mostly discourage it for accelerated programs so just curious
