Roseman University ABSN July 2018

Hey guys! I will applying for the ABSN program for July 2018. I have to retake the TEAS by December and I know they will be starting interviews in either January or February 2018! Super soon. Has anyone else started applying? I want to go to the Las Vegas campus.

yeah i really wish i knew about the pocket prep when i took the teas on the first couple of times.. too bad i just found out about this website last night and about the pocket prep stuff last night when i couldnt sleep because i kept thinking about whether they would call me for an interview or not. Hey guys! I'll be taking the TEAS for the THIRD time this Saturday! But I do feel more prepared. I remembered the topics from my second try so now i'm focusing on them. I just have to bring up my science score. I'm hoping that I can make above a 70% since this is my last try. I made a 64% overall the last two times I took it but really, I shouldn't have taken them because I was so stressed about finishing my last semester.

Does anyone have tips for the Reading section? I don't know why the questions make me so nervous lol.

Hey JennaAnn23 how did your teas go? I hope you were able to get the score you needed! There was about 20-25 people at the January interview. In the presentation they said they would be accepting 100 total for Utah and Vegas. The interview process was pretty simple. They ask you 5 questions based on their key topics and that's it. It wasn't too bad. I hope you did well on your test so you can do the February interview!

I did better on my test, but Roseman just changed the rules. They are now capping the interviews at a max of 30 people per interview, they are processing people much faster and they only allow students to have 1 class pending so now I can't even go to the interview. I have to wait until the Fall interview :/ I don't know why they keep changing the rules.

Hi everyone! Do you know if Roseman ABSN is really that competitive to get into?

My overall gpa with 60 units is 3.4, prequisite is a 2.9 and my Teas were 72.0.

I just want to get into a program and be in nursing school =(. I hope I will be able to get into the July cohort.

Does anyone know how long they review their applicants applications?

Yes they are very competitive, esp. Vegas. Apply to Utica College, Marian University, and ECPI. Those are much less competitive.

I would talk to the advisor. They will tell you how competitive you are.

Update: just received phone call from the advisor saying today is the day! Finger crossed!
