Application period has just opened for the October cohort so I figured I should start a thread to see how many people are interested right now!

@Mandaalasorry! I just double checked my email. So she said that she'll be out starting tomorrow and will return on the 10th of June. So I'm assuming someone else will be sending out invitations since she'll be out. And yes, everything was verified already. ?

@sheepmom Got it, the NursingCAS website says that my transcripts have been received. Is that what it will say or will it say verified?

@Mandaala I believe it should say verified. Double check in your notifications if you got a notification saying: "NursingCAS Application: Coursework Verified"

@sheepmom I will look now. I’m asking because one of the lady’s told me that I do not need to send them and then it was a back and forth game for awhile up until about 3 weeks ago I had all my transcripts rushed. How long does it take them to be verified? I’m hoping this doesn’t mess things up for me since I asked them continuously. Plus the school had my transcripts long before NursingCAS did.

@Mandaala Depending on how fast your school can send your transcripts. My counselor told me they needed the transcripts ASAP to BOTH the school AND NursingCAS to be able to get an interview.

I rushed mine as well through e-delivery and it got verified in a day. So I think yours should've been verified by now.

@sheepmom well that explains things. I just checked and they haven’t been verified. That makes me upset since I asked so many times. I’m going to have to call my counselor in the morning.

@Mandaala Yeah, let your counselor know and ask since you sent in your transcripts to NursingCAS and call them to double check if they received it.

@sheepmom I also got my interview date to June 11! As for interview questions, my friend who currently attends the ABSN program said they are pretty straight forward. Before your interview, they will give you an essay prompt to write something short. If you need an idea of what questions they'll ask, look at past allnurses discussions about Roseman University -- they will have information about it if you would like to prepare
