Rosalind Franklin 2018

Was just accepted to Rosalind Franklin for May 2018. I just wanted to start this thread to come into contact with others planning on attending or hoping to in May also.

Hi everyone! I'm also interviewing at Rosalind next week. I'm very excited and nervous. I've been reviewing my CCRN material in a desperate attempt to rephresh systems I don't see often in my ICU. What are you guys doing to prepare, if anything? Maybe I will see some of you there. Best of luck to everyone!

flybynightrn, I too interview next week! What day do you interview? I am January 25th at 0900. I have been reviewing my CCRN stuff to prepare as well. This will be my 3rd interview. The interviewers at my other schools have tailored their questions to my specialty, so definitely make sure you are proficient with that information. Best of luck to you!

Time slot for interview is 9-12. However, goes until about 1230-1245. Just mentioning incase you have to adjust any travel situations

TXUTRN and flybynightrn - I also will be interviewing on the 25th. I am in the 0900-12 timeslot. Looking forward to meeting you both. My name is Ashley, btw. I have been just trying to review my old CCRN materials as my schedule has allowed. work has been pretty crazy this month here, but studying as much as I can! Good luck to you both! How the interviews go?

I felt good about it that day, but now that I've dissected it in my head over and over I think I sounded like an idiot! Or at least really vague! They said we should hear within a couple of weeks.

I do know that I'm more excited about their program now than before the interviw. Everyone was really great and the current students seemed very happy with their experience.

I really liked these interviews! The MMI was super relaxed, and the interviewers were chill. flybynightrn, I have felt what you are feeling right now. Just try to stay out of your own head. I know it's easier said than done, but the interview is over. We can't take any of it back. I'm sure you did fine; we are our own worst enemy!
