Rosalind Franklin 2018

Was just accepted to Rosalind Franklin for May 2018. I just wanted to start this thread to come into contact with others planning on attending or hoping to in May also.

Congrats! When did you interview if you don't mind me asking? Did you find out by snail mail or email?

I interviewed in december and because of the holidays i found out by email this past tuesday jan 2nd

Congrats Rico713! I interview up there in a couple weeks. I've already been waitlisted by one school....let's hope I don't start a trend!

Good luck to you. How many people were in your interview group if you don't mind me asking? Did they say when you guys would hear by?

CRNAaspirations, I'm not sure how many people are supposed to be in my group. And I haven't heard when we're supposed to hear by either. However, the school I interviewed at already was about a 2 week turnaround. I have another interview after Rosalind Franklin that told me there is a 2 week turnaround as well. So my best guess....or hope I should say, is to hope for the same?

Usually around 10ish in the interview groups...and will most likely hear back in a week usually. It took longer for me because of the holidays.

Good luck also TXU...the wait no longer how long it is after an interview sucks lol

Hahaha, I agree Rico713, But having experienced it once already....I can say the best way is to keep busy. But yes....the wait is awful!

Rico713 - Congrats! I have an interview in a couple weeks with RFU - do you have any helpful tips/suggestions you can share with us?

Thank you and honestly i know its cliche but just be yourself. I honestly didnt feel good about my interview when i left and thought i talked in circles at times but they obviously thought different lol. Just get your ethusiam across for this path and profession. They are all really nice during the whole process.

Thanks Rico713. I am definitely nervous, but also excited to have a shot at getting in there. I will keep you updated, hoping to be joining you in a May start this year!

Hi everyone! I'm also interviewing at Rosalind next week. I'm very excited and nervous. I've been reviewing my CCRN material in a desperate attempt to rephresh systems I don't see often in my ICU. What are you guys doing to prepare, if anything? Maybe I will see some of you there. Best of luck to everyone!
