  1. As I’m sitting here on call I came to read everyone’s comments for some nostalgia. I graduated in 2021 and honestly reading the thread brought back a lot of the same emotions from 2017 when I interviewed. Such a great decision to go down this path and a good school too. Good luck everyone
  2. Because its rolling admission and the amount of apps they have gotten already
  3. Curently a student...going to be alot more apps this year
  4. Who honestly cares what they say about you? It wont impact you achieveing your goals. Im not niave thats why i said feel your unit out. Ultimately if you care what people say about you when you are chasing your goals you have some maturity to gain. Follow your dreams achieve your goals and anyone else who has nothing but gossip to try to start about you can get lost.
  5. I love how everyone thinks every unit is the same lol...how about judge the feel your unit out...why be scared about telling people about your goals. You shouldnt care about what others think so much.
  6. I knew i wanted to do crna school the moment i signed up for nursing school. I also was open about it to anyone at work who asked if i had future plans. The more experienced nurses didnt hold a grudge like the culture on your unit does and was very supportive. I learned as much as i could in 2 years and took hearts for 1.5 of that two years. Im not a fan of people bunching everyone into one category such as you should have 5 years experience and so forth. Everyone is different and has different aptitudes. Just because you didnt know what you wanted to do right away does not mean others are the same. I tell anyone to go for it when you feel ready not when others say you are. Here I am in CRNA school 2 years later and i enjoyed my time in the ICU.
  7. Had to be a tough decision to make
  8. Wouldnt surprise me if you dont hear till like 5pm...once they make the decisions its on the admissions to send the emails out
  9. I remember at my interview they said they wanted to try to have a finalized list by march 3..so definitely should here something by end of the week
  10. Congrats!!...make sure to join the FB group
  11. Have a feeling since you were the last groups that day they might be whipping out the waitlist too if they didnt meet the 33 after thursday they wanted to accept and are gonna send out to all of you at the same time...so maybe little longer than the last few groups to here back but will be this week my guess
  12. Mine didnt come till 4pm but it was also the first day back after christmas/new years eve....just take a nap till 5pm lol
  13. Well you will know by the end of the week next week if not earlier...good luck!!
