Hey, I would be prepared for mostly clinical scenarios and questions. So it would be good to brush up on common ICU meds (levophed, neo, vaso, etc.), devices (CRRT, IABP, etc), and how to read EKG and ABGs. Things like that.

Has anyone else done their interview? It was definitely nerve-wrecking

Yeah. I got a phone call, but haven’t received an email.

I didn’t study for it. There’s no crazy formulas. Some questions have you choose the opposite meaning of a word, or what is the smallest number. Then there were like pictures and you had to choose which 3 pictures will end up making the final picture they give you.

Yeah the test is split up into 3 sections. First part is a timed 50 question critical thinking (simple elementary style test), next section has you rate from 1-3 what you would most want to do for work, then the last section is a personality test where you choose agree, neither agree or disagree, or disagree with the statement. They will give you back the results of your personality when you are done taking it. I thought it was going to be stressful but it’s not.

According to CRNA Prep School Academy, I heard that they ask mostly personal questions. Probably will be similar to the Kira assessment questions
