I havent found any threads on the Spring 2012 Nursing program, soo i figured id start one! I have already recieved an Email saying everything has been recieved, just waiting on my letter to see if I was accepted! Does anyone know when theyll be sent out? Has anyone recieved that email yet? :redpinkhe

Omgsh. I just looked at my financial aid and it says the same thing. Rejected. I'm freaking out here.

I dug through my stuff and found my deferment papers so when I go in, I have everything already to prove JUST in case. I have to wait until Wednesday to go in because I have to work Monday and Tuesday.

I wanna say I've had it happen before, but I'm not 100% sure. Guess I'll go and get it taken care of, and then just go over and get my books; but that would mean I have to go out to Dale Mabry to get my financial aide taken care of. I still go to the Brandon Campus to do all my administration stuff. They still get everything into the computer, and it saves me a ton in gas.

I'm not looking forward to the waiting on Wednesday.

I was approved for the loan so I don't know why I am having this issue. I had a loan for last school year and the only time I had to fill out anything is to renew my loan for the School year. It automatically applied itself for the spring semester. I have no clue why it is not doing it this time. I just hope that its a glitch.

I also had the same problem with the whole financial aid rejected issue i'm curious to see what comes of this don't think I'm up to dealing with the financial aid office.

question...what kind of shoes have the girls gotten? i am looking through the manual and i see where it says white leather or leather type shoes which leads me to believe white tennis shoes but then it says no tennis shoes on a different part. im lost and confused? what do i buy?? also, how much was the box set of books with the coupon(hopefully i still have mine) and can it be purchased at books n more as well as the campus? i wish i didnt have to wait until the last minute to do all this stuff but had to wait to get paid after christmas :/

oh and i filled out all my financial aid stuff at school...mine doesnt say rejected but it doesnt say anything! am i doing something wrong? the girl at the office told me i filled everything out and she did a defferment for me...but am i supposed to do something outside of school to get the loan started?

" your financial aid has been cancelled because you have exceeded the maximum time allotted to receive financial aid for an associate’s degree. you will need to go to your advisor and request an appeal and a degree audit. once these are completed you will need to take them to the financial aid office and turn them in."

This is everything that came in the package. Couldn't return since I opened the box but it's basically good as new. None of the codes were used, mostly still shrink wrapped. No writing or highlighting. The only thing I managed to do was read a few chapters in the Potter&Perry book. Selling for $400. I bought it all for $501 and that's with the 10% discount. I feel ridiculous asking this but I was looking over the Nursing Handbook and it says we have to wear our picture ID? Can we get that at the bookstore? Also, did everyone buy there warm up jackets from the bookstore?

The ID you get at the bookstore and the best part is its free!! The warm up jacket I got from Uniform City on Kennedy for 20 bucks. They were out of our color at scrubs n stuff. Hope that helps!
